Co-owner Liz, born and raised in Miami, carries her Cuban heritage straight into the kitchen—where she creates some of the most authentic Cuban dishes you’ll ever taste. Melissa, raised with both Cuban and Colombian roots, adds her Colombian flair to every recipe, balancing tradition with bold creativity. With years of experience in customer service,
